This is so good and so timely; I almost veered into the Mephisto store the other day but did not because....there is something clunky about them, although I know many people (mostly men TBH) love them. Ecco's are where it is at; bought my first pair 8 years ago and wore them all over Europe ~ always are so perfectly comfortable from out of the box. I have been eyeing fun comfy spring walking shoes and didn't even finish the newsletter before ordering the Ecco's. Feet are sooo important especially as we age...hopefully with grace and style. I can no longer abide uncomfortable shoes!
Please advise on that dreamy dark green field coat your friend is wearing!
Thank you Becky. I love this! So many practical ideas for everyday that are so so cool at the same time. The warm and inspiring chat is a double bonus.
Comfy ungly cute for the win!! And the link back to the granny sandals---so good! I'm smitten with the L'amour des Pies sandals! I've yet to find them in blue but the search is on...
This post gives me hope! The most suitable shoes for an upcoming trip are decidedly, definitely not cute. But if you and Chloe can make these work then my shoes just might be okay :-)
Heidi-I turn 65 in two weeks. I bought the Birkenstock Reykjaviks and they are so comfortable and odd looking. Every time I wear them, someone asks where I got them. I attracted quite a crowd in a San Diego museum.
I just checked and mine won't arrive until the 22nd and I am DYING. So glad to hear the great review - removable liner? Wow. What size are you and what size did you get? I am a 6 and got a 36 knowing Toteme runs big so hope it works.
Mine just came and I don't know if I have ever been so bummed; it is very square and oversized...way too boxy for me so back it goes. LOVE the plaid and the idea though...
I love your sight….I’ve been following you for about a year…I’ve noticed while the items are fabulous I find they are very very expensive…could you add a few similar items less costly….THANKS

This confirms that grandma core is a real thing and you can pull it off and it feels authentic.
That Burberry coat will live in my mind for quite a while. It is perfection!
Love this shoe trend! I’ve been playing around with the Mephisto rush shoe this spring. Tempted by those Birkenstocks!

Just a reminder to jump on Ebay if you like that Nancy Gonzales tote as there are a couple there that are less than TRR.

yes to everything except the birks. love the upper/top view, but the sole/side profile is 🤮. i need to see the sexy shape of a foot, even in comfort.
mephisto or archopedico ftw!
I LOVE the Birks. But I knew this would be a polarizing one. LOL.
LOL right? Me no likey either. Cute in Becky tho….
So much amazing inspo in here!!! Thank you!!
Love these comfortable shoes but I just turned 65 and feel I would look older, not stylish, in these shoes.... :( (I'm a loafers gal)
I hear you. But what if you tried them with a printed pant!?
hmmmm...Didn't think of that! ....and that's why I just love you and this newsletter! :)

Liven up your outfits with these puppies, I say! I am older and ordered the Eccos.
Hi Becky! Fun post. I snagged the TOTEME coat off the outnet immediately. How do the Row flats fit? TTS or big bc of the more square shape? Thanks ☺️
THe Row are TTS shockingly!!! I ordered a 37 (sized down) and were too tight and returned for my regular 38 and so comfy. Very surprising.
I have ogled that coat for ages - since it first popped up on The Outnet - so snagged it also. So excited to get it and hope it fits!
Reporting back - received the jacket today and it’s perrrrrfect. Even better color IRL & the removable liner is so practical!
I love to hear this!

The times one wanted to look desirable are obviously over 🥲💯

Thanks for a another great one✨ could you remind us where the puffer from the school run is from?
It's the North Face! :)
The cognac Honnef 365 only comes in the wide/medium. Has anyone with narrow feet tried them?
I have narrow to medium feet. They are wide but so comfy and cute with a thicker sock.
Thank you!
