Love these jackets but I am sticking to my Barbour 🤪 cause at least it is rainproof (really rain proof)

Becky, good morning and yes, so many good jackets, AGAIN! to be honest part of the reason I have so many good jackets is due to your newsletter! Fortunately, I bought a Wallis and Barnes J.Crew barn jacket off of Poshmark a few weeks ago so I don’t need to pull the trigger on any of these to add to the collection! I am purging still. But it’s so hard! (My husband would be roaring with laughter if he was a subscriber with your comment about my having so many jackets because he’s always joking about having to add on a closet outside.)🤣💃😘🫂

Ha, what is it with jackets and coats? I am just as guilty when it comes to having way too many and just as lucky to have a tolerant husband :)

Keep 'em coming, Becky! The Massimo Dutti is sold out :(

Raxx Vintage in Philly has a whole rack of jackets that might scratch the itch for way less https://www.instagram.com/raxxvintage/?hl=en (I was in store and nearly bought one!)

My favorite is the Massimo Dutti, but already sold out. I was able to get a Barbour “Drummond.”

I love the oversized ease of the Men’s Beaufort…. I got it In the smallest men’s size. No worries with all the rain, looks best with a sweatshirt casually thrown over the shoulders, travels great & I will have it forever.

Becky, I'm late to the party on this, but I stalked the Massimo Dutti website until someone finally returned the removable liner green jacket and it arrived today and it is EVERYTHING! Thanks for all you do.

Spring jackets are so lovely and so underrated. We just get so excited to skip to summer.

Question for Lexi, Jenny, RSMabel and Britt Goosman: Which Barbour jacket are you all speaking of?

Mine is the Beadnell in navy. Second the size up suggestion - I’m normally a 4 and mine is the US 8 and it’s just right.

Thanks for the sizing tip on that style!

I have 2, the classic waxed Beadnell (size up!) and the Barbour McQueen International motorcycle style for colder days (mine has a fleece lining); both bought in very good second hand condition. Both waxed (truly waterproof!). Excited to add a third, finally found the slightly longer Anya Hindmarch /Barbour collab in great condition. If I had to buy a new one (itching not to!!) and more in line with Becky’s slightly more fashionable fits I would get the Clifton Waxed jacket or the Drummond with a wonderful big collar.

Oh my goodness, Becky, this is wonderful and now I have to narrow down my choice to just one ;) The Gunnerside Patch Showerproof Jacket on the Barbour.com site might just be the one!

Visiting from Canada, looked beside me on the subway, and thought you know the woman beside looks like ... Becky Malinsky, and for some reason, I said to her, Excuse me but are you Becky, and before I could finish, she said yesss. and I finished .. umm Malinsky? How great and only in New York to run into a cool person writing a very useful newsletter, with a great readership, that told me where to get comfortable shoes, which I did today, along with the Ballyrina shoes from Bally. It was so nice chatting with you. Probably could have also used a stylish raincoat today on a rainy, grey, breezy April day.

I love this one! Almost made the final edit. But it is very thin. A little less heft than some of the others. Maybe not a bad thing for some people!?
